Responsibilities

• Supervise the verification process of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and semi-finished materials (SM) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assign tasks and provide direction to the QC team in conducting incoming and WIP inspections.
• Ensure consistent implementation of FIFO and FEFO systems.
• Control material storage procedures in accordance with quality standards.
• Ensure all materials and WIP are properly labeled with complete and accurate identification.
• Conduct initial investigations on quality complaints or findings and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection reports and submit them to superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Incoming QC or Line QC, preferably with team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of raw material quality standards and FIFO/FEFO systems.
• Good problem-solving skills with experience in CAPA preparation.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for QC reporting.
• Detail-oriented, firm, and demonstrates high integrity in maintaining quality standards.
• Willing to work in shifts and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
