    Deskripsi

    We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Jakarta and play a key role in generating pipeline and fueling Nimbly's growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with the Sales team to design and execute an outbound prospecting strategy that builds a healthy pipeline, particularly targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise Retail & F&B leads in Southeast Asia.
    • Generate new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, social media, and networking).
    • Achieve and exceed individual weekly/monthly KPIs and activity targets.
    • Develop a deep understanding of Nimbly's products to confidently pitch value to prospects, especially managerial and C-level executives.
    • Deliver a strong first impression and effectively communicate Nimbly's solutions in a compelling way.
    • Book qualified introductory meetings with prospects for Account Executives.
    • Meet and exceed quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline creation.
    • Quickly follow up on inbound leads to ensure timely conversion into qualified opportunities.
    • Maintain consistent engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up strategies.
    • Accurately update and maintain lead, pipeline, and activity records in the CRM system to ensure visibility and alignment with the Sales team.

    Qualifications

    • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Account Management, or related sales roles.
    • Experience conducting research on target industries to identify and prioritize prospects.
    • Strong network or understanding of decision-making roles within the Retail and F&B industry.
    • Prior experience in a SaaS or startup environment is highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal).
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Fast learner with a result-oriented and growth mindset.
