The team you'll part of


Project Management Office and Support (PMO) where the main responsibilities of PMO Organization would be to develops and ensures the implementation of Nokia's project management methodology, processes, tools, improvement, and efficiency programmes to ensure all internal and external customer project deliveries are made efficiently and with quality. Contains building of a more capable PM community by driving PM training and certifications across markets.

What you will learn and contribute to

Digitalization and Automation PIC (DnA PIC) in MN RBC APJ Market Services Delivery PMO is accountable for:

  • Lead in MU to
    drive the Digitalization and Automation strategy and key initiatives at the Market Unit, covering NDPd, NDPc, DigiMOPs & Drones.
  • Accountable for MU level deployment plans, progress and utilization.
As a DnA PIC, your main responsibility will be:

  • Collaborate with APJ Automation lead to develop MU Digitalization and Automation (DnA) Dashboard.
  • Align with CDM and nominated project POCs on automation scope and timelines.
  • Coordinate solution delivery to respective projects.
  • Organize and drive deep dives or reviews of automation requirements.
  • Support development of business case with Deploy SU lever owner.
  • Participation in Market level Automation govenance forums
Your skills and experience


You have:

  • Good English business communication skills (written/verbal) as this role requires extensive customer communication
  • Bachelor's degree in telecommunications or related field
  • 5 years of Experiences as Digitalization and Automation Project Management area in mobile communication industry including 4G, 5G technology
  • Good experience in e2e troubleshooting, analysis and managing issues/escalations and driving RCAs
  • Excellent stakeholder management at technical and project level and effective communication and presentation skills
  • Good negotiation skills able to prioritise and negotiate with customer on business impacting technical issues and decisions.
