Job Summary:

Perform as VP of network operation FTTH and B2B service.

Acts as the single point of contact for network operation of partners support FTTH and B2B service which cover following:


  • Coordinates and carries out the activities and processes of partners required to deliver and manage services at agreed SLA
  • Input for technical planning process (e.g. potential areas to be covered, location of NNI, partners, etc)
  • Partners management including responsible to review contract agreement regularly to comply with technical standardization & government regulation
  • Provides comprehensive statistics and reports to analyze the current and historical performance of the partners and service.
  • Actively monitors performance of the partner and service to takes corrective and preventive action
  • Maintain close contact with all FTTH and B2B technical leads (Planning, Strategic and deployment team)

Strategic Planning

  • Translate the Company and Group Vision, Mission and Strategy into department work plan
  • Provide and clarify department objectives for the team
In order to ensure group and division operate on budget and help contribute to organizational goals


Development of FTTH Network

  • Set up strong governance for measuring FTTH partner performance
  • Identify key network performance issues in the region and areas of improvement
  • Responsible to keep up with technology update, understand company business direction and develop principles and selection method accordingly for the most suitable operational aspect.
  • Consolidate to other functions for issues which are related to network operation and service quality.
  • Drive and regulate compliance with set governance and quality standards to mitigate Network Performance issues
In order to ensure technology performance in the respective region meet the business goals.


External Relation

  • Serve as a company representative for external related functions
In order to build good network in the industry and keep up to date with new trends


Job Requirements:


Qualification:


  • Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Telecommunication Engineering
  • Strong ability to interact, communicate, present and influence within multiple levels of the organization

Experience:


  • Minimum 10 years experiences in Network function in Telco company
  • Experience in Fiber Optic/FTTH/IP Network
  • Experience in developing contract agreement (supporting legal team)

Skills:


  • Possessing broad and deep knowledge of FTTH and B2B service
  • Managing endtoend FTTH and B2B Network operational excellence, budget, governance, and resources.
  • Deep knowledge in governance to manage both internal IOH and partners
  • Strong ability to interact, communicate, present and influence within multiple levels of the organization
