Job Purposes:Responsible for enabling the bank to preserve and enhance its dominant market position in Indonesia by penetrating the market and acquiring new 'quality' corporate and commercial customer relationships. Responsible for expanding the Group's reach in the institutional customer segment through the introduction of traditional and innovative customer-focused products and solutions backed by seamless customer service, with the ultimate objective of creating long-term relationships. Responsible for the initial development and subsequent implementation of the approved Corporate Banking strategy.

Main Duties:

Leading and directing the development and implementation of policies and strategies in Corporate & Institution Banking area, In line with the Bank's goals and strategies.
Leading, directing and coordinating the development products and service launched by the Bank to ensure achievement of growth, profitability and competitive products in Corporate & Institution Banking segment.
Ensuring the fulfilment of customeroriented approach and strategic relationship approach especially in Corporate & Institution Banking segment.
Contributing to the competitiveness and achievement of the Bank's business profits mainly in Corporate & Institution Banking segment through effective planning and control over the management of the resources under Corporate & Institution Banking Directorate and also control over the performance achievement and risk.
Supervising directly the Divisions under his/her responsibility, in accordance with Bank's organization structure.

The Successful Applicant:

Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English
Good knowledge of the corporate banking environment in Indonesia including syndicated facility, cash management, etc.
Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations and practices pertaining to Investment and Corporate Banking products
Able to originate business
Familiar with the balanced scorecard approach
Superior people relationship skills and awareness of risk management concept and practices
Planning, organizing and analytical ability (Strong analytical skills)
Experience in handling large team size
Indonesian national
Previous experience working at BOD level
