Job description:

Reporting to Head of Accounting, Senior Manager Accounting will support accounting month end close and financial audit.


Responsibilities

  • Manage month end closing for Group Reporting and Statutory Reporting to OJK
  • Prepare financial report analysis for Group Reporting and OJK reporting
  • Coordinate and lead financial and internal audit process and liaise with external auditor
  • To assist in PSAK 117 implementation
  • Work closely with other Finance Team in finance process alignment to IFRS 17 and PSAK 11
  • Lead the team to accomplish the task and team development

Qualifications

  • Min Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • Having 5 years working experience in Life Insurance industry
  • Having 4 years experience working for a Big 4 auditing firm is preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of PSAK 117/IFRS 17 and PSAK 109/IFRS
  • Excellent understanding of Shariah Insurance Accounting/PSAK 40
  • Good communication skill Have strong analytical skill, computer literate, fast learner, and can work independently or as a team.

Preferred skills

  • Good understanding of IFRS and PSAK
  • Having experience in accounting system (SUN GL and SAP)
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Excel
