Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI's
Lead business analytics consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis & competitor reviews to interpret & strengthen brand strategic plans & objectives
Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership
Develop & Lead digital & social media strategies to increase brand engagement
Develop & drive brand merchandising guidelines & adhered across all different retail channel distribution
Manage brand A&P, P&L, forecasting and optimize brand investments
Be "hands on" and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales team, finance and operations to achieve brand objectives
Great interpersonal & communication skills

Requirements:

University degree in marketing or related business
FMCG experience, critical to success with at least 35 years in a reputable FMCG company managing a brand
Strategic mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, bilingual (English & Bahasa
Team player, self confident with strong leadership qualities
Independent & Innovative, multitask and good time management skills
A gogetter with an attitude to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously
