As a full-time on-site Shopify Front End Developer located in Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and customer experience.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Shopify-based e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing online shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, responsive, and userfriendly Shopify storefronts.
- Customize and optimize Shopify themes to align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Implement and maintain frontend web development best practices, including responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to bring creative concepts to life on the Shopify platform.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate Shopify with other systems and services as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Shopify updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the online shopping experience.
Requirements:
- 23 years of proven experience as a Shopify Front End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing Shopifybased projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify's templating language).
- Experience with Shopify theme development and customization.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobilefirst development.
- Familiarity with Shopify APIs and thirdparty integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
