Role DescriptionThis is a contract, on-site IT Sales role based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The IT Sales will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and developing strategic relationships with enterprise, institutional, and government clients.
The role involves managing accounts, understanding client business challenges, and presenting tailored technology solutions to drive sustainable sales growth.In addition to general sales responsibilities, the role will focus on promoting and positioning Posdigi's digital solutions, including but not limited to:
Managed Services
Supply Management Solutions
System Development & Digital Applications
AI &IoT Based Solutions
Qualifications
Experience in IT Sales will be an advantage
Experience in distributor, channel sales, B2B sales, or technology solution sales will be a strong plus
Basic understanding of Information Technology concepts, including cloud services, infrastructure solutions, and digital systems
Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and account development
Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Proven ability to manage enterprise or institutional clients
Target-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Ability to collaborate with technical and operations teams to translate client needs into business solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Strong knowledge of Jakarta market and institutional/government segment is an advantage
