Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Medical Device Distributor Company in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking Marketing Manager which to be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share for medical devices.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Plan and manage product launches, ensuring effective product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.) to reach target audiences effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, sales tools, and materials that align with product and business strategies.

Job Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the medical device industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of medical device markets, regulations, and industry dynamics.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that resulted in revenue growth and market expansion.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a highperformance marketing team.
