Maintain and Updating business licenses database.
Handle litigation in early/first stage, by drafting legal notice, liaising and communicating with external parties (including police officer and government officer), collecting evidence for drafting the civil claim or counter-response, preparing and drafting civil claim or counter-response, representing any GGF member before the judicial institution, attending court hearing.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
