CRM Senior Lead Description (Sr. Manager level)
Responsible for ensuring CRM channels are used by internal teams at Pluang in a way which respects user needs & wants.
Establish CRM strategy & approach including KPIs, cross functional working cadences & program pillars
Manage reporting, conversion tracking, & vendor relationship for all CRM tools.
Develop experimentation plan & channel testing to find new ways to optimize CRM channels which best engages users.
Develop and implement personalized and automationbased campaigns to target specific segments of customers
Conduct data analysis and segmentation techniques to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and to develop targeted marketing campaigns
Use metrics such as customer lifetime value/GTV, customer acquisition cost, and customer retention rate to measure the ROI and CPM of the CRM initiatives and adjust them accordingly
Perform deepdives including full funnel analysis, content effectiveness measurement etc. to improve the effectiveness of CRM channelsCritical Requirements
Experience in building and implementing CRM teams & campaigns
Handson experience in running CRM programs and infrastructure (e.g. Clevertap)
Is passionate about technology and investing and aligns to Pluang's mission for financial inclusion.
At least 5 years of experience in a startup or high growth environment and comfortable with ambiguity.
Ability to understand and manage quantitative business metrics; experience with reporting on metrics to senior management.
Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and the ability to be assertive and persuasive when dealing with these audiences.
