WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Business Analyst:

Assist Product Owner on managing delivery backlog of new apps and enhancement and identify improvement opportunities by:

Project Implementation
ensure quality delivery by user testing of digital apps (iPos / sales apps, activity management apps)
Extend communication to user for implementation of new apps, new release and update feature
Provide assistance on increasing user adoption, such as lead socialization event to user
User adoption

reporting and analysis

Managing communication forum with users
Work hand in hand with IT team (system analyst, helpdesk, IT delivery) and IT providers / vendor to ensure resolution delivery of day to day issues and backlog
Coordinate with internal and external parties for marketing communication collateral delivery to user
