    About The Role

Within this transformation, our Operations team plays a key role in enabling strong partnerships, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution across functions.

    As a Staff – Business & Commercial Partnership (Level 4) , you will support the development and execution of commercial initiatives by acting as a bridge between operational and business needs. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, analytical by nature, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be exposed to client onboarding, market analysis, partnership coordination, and cross-functional collaboration — all contributing to Blibli's broader growth journey.

    Your work will help lay the foundation for strong partnerships and scalable operations, supporting our mission to continue growth — transforming together.

    What You'll Do
    • Act as a liaison between operational teams and business stakeholders to support alignment and execution.
    • Support onboarding of new clients or new territories, covering both operational readiness and administrative processes.
    • Identify, develop, and support new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals, and business materials to support partnership discussions and pitches.
    • Assist in contract discussions and support deal closure in line with company objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.

    What You'll Bring to the Team
    • Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of
    • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
    • Strong business development mindset with curiosity to identify improvement and growth opportunities.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized in managing tasks and information.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and business performance.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently when needed.
