As the General Manager of the government and business consulting firm, you will play an integral role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic development of the company.

You will lead the team to achieve business objectives while ensuring high-quality consulting services to government clients.

Responsibilities:

Strategic and Operational Management:

Develop and execute longterm strategies for sustainable business growth.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency and process improvement.

Team Management and Business Development:

Lead, guide, and develop management team and staff to achieve optimal performance.
Build strong relationships with government clients and expand client base through continuous business acquisitions.

Financial Management and Risk:

Manage the company's budget and financial resources carefully, including oversight of financial reports and risk analysis.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.

Consulting Service Quality:

Ensure highquality consulting services to government clients by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
Supervise consulting projects to ensure timely completion and meet client expectations.

Partnership Development and Collaboration:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Identify new strategic partnership opportunities and manage existing relationships effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree in management or business is preferred.
Strong managerial experience, particularly in government consulting and business sectors.
Have 5 years experience in government or donor institution is a plus.
Have 5 years experience in government consulting/training institute is a must.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong understanding of operational, financial, and human resource management practices.
High analytical ability and strategic decisionmaking.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
