Our company is looking for an experienced and talented Finance Professional to oversee and monitor our financial management operations and handle all end-to-end financial transactions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the company's financial activities, making strategic decisions, and optimizing financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's financial strategy.
• Set financial goals and take the necessary steps to ensure their achievement.
• Manage the budgeting process and ensure alignment with budget targets.
• Oversee financial reporting and monitor the company's financial position and performance.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide strategic recommendations on profitability and efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity.
• Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns and other financial statements.
• Optimize financial processes to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Identify financial risks and develop risk management strategies.
• Prepare all financial reports and submit them to senior management on time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting.
• Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of at least 3 years in a Financial services department within the web hosting or IT industry is required.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and cost accounting.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
