Customer Service

Responsible for responding to chats, reviews or discussions from customers in the marketplace quickly & precisely so that the stores performance rating is in accordance with the set targets
Follow up on complaints or problems from customers so that customer problems can be resolved as they should
Collect data and recap reports on operational insights related to customer feedback, marketplace health & updating operational processes
Responsible for responding to or replying to customer chats in the marketplace related to the product so that customers can find out information about the product to be purchased
