Tasks and Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers and sales representative.
Analyzing customer behavior (complaints, feedbacks/comments, satisfactions)
Gathering information about customer complaints (HOWs, WHYs)
Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
Meeting with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.
Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
Building positive relationship with customers and business associates.

Job Qualification:

Indonesian Nationals
Min high school, Diploma, or bachelor degree in economics, sales, marketing or related field.
Min 1 year experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Highly motivated and determined.
Perform team work in sales oriented environments.
Excellent skills In Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, etc. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Experience or background in Online Gaming Industry is an advantage

Package Benefit:

Basic Salary (depending on experience and relevancy of industry) plus (Commission/KPI Incentive)
