Job Description:


  • Leading, guiding, and evaluating the performance of the telemarketing team in achieving sales targets
  • Providing wholesale product information to customers through online and offline platforms.
  • Collaborates with sales managers to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by the telemarketing team.
  • Compiling sales and team performance reports for management.
  • Deliver, implement, and evaluate the SOP to team members

Requirements:


  • Minimum education of D3 or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telemarketing Leader/Supervisor.
  • Possess good problemsolving skills as well as good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Being innovative and keeping up with the times.
  • Having good leadership and managerial skills.
  • Able to operate computers (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.

Pay:
Up to Rp8,000,000 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Telemarketer: 5 years (required)
