    Our client is a leading truck dealership company in Indonesia. Currently they are looking for a Sales Manager. This position will be responsible to drive business growth by acquiring new potential clients, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction, as well as delivering best customer experience.

    Job Description

  • Uncover and engage qualified prospects within the commercial truck industry
  • Drive lead generation across multiple channels, encompassing cold calling, networking, and industry events
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting partnerships with existing and prospective clients
  • Communicate the distinct advantages of each truck model to clients, tailoring communication to their specific needs
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
  • Execute strategic sales promotions aligned with dealership targets and objectives The Successful Applicant
  • Possesses a Diploma's degree or above in any field
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience as Sales Manager in relevant industry (truck dealer/ automotive)
  • Has a good understanding of sales funnel process and market analysis
  • Experience in establishing connections with a wide spectrum of commercial enterprises is a strong preference
  • Proven track record of leading a high performing sales team
  • Possess a strong knowledge of commercial vehicles industry
  • Have an excellent communication and negotiation skills
