• To provide administrative support to the Contract Support Team. Ensuring efficient and accurate entry of contract information into the company database system(s).
• Loading and checking contracts in an effective and accurate manner
• To manage hotels Closeouts
• To manage hotels Rate Revisions
• Investigate bookings' issues in an effective and accurate manner
• To manage other extra tasks assigned by superior
