Generate new business leads by proactively search for potential customers through outbound database or networking.- Find new customers and channel partners
- Keep up with trends and competitors to identify improvements or new products
- Attending onsite meetings and events to generate leads
- Creative problemsolver with drive and tenacity to see through the completion of tasks.
- Prepare a proposal for clients
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships to external
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.

Persuasive & Strong communication skill.
The ability to influence and negotiate with partner/customer is a must

Excellent in sales, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market and customers, to identify areas of improvement and predict future potential business.

Salary:
From Rp4,500,000 per month

- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- S1 (preferred)
Experience:
Business Development: 1 year (required)
