**The Maintenance Manager is in charge of maximizing the availability of equipment.
-
Manage maintenance activity and teams in order to improve equipment availability while promoting safety attitude**-
Implement a maintenance strategy including ERIM deployment
-
Optimize maintenance costs (human resources and spare parts)
-
Implement and manage maintenance team training
-
Contribute to new project competitiveness by proposing machines improvements
Job Qualification

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and other related
Min 10 year as maintenance manager in automotive industries, with extensive experience in automation and injection molding process
Strong leadership, and able to build effective team work.
