Job Responsibilities
Work on vendor sourcing, tender projects, preparing CQS (Comparison Quotation Summary) to ensure the orders match with users requirements
Ensure the delivery goods on time
Responsible for vendor review & feedback report
Purchase documentation
Job Requirements
Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) of any major
Having minimum 3 years experience on procurement/purchasing field including vendor tendering, negotiation, vendor sourcing, etc.
Being able to manage dealing with multiple parties both internal and external, ensuring the SLA works on schedule to meet users' expectation
