    Le poste

    Nous recherchons un·e Développeur·euse Fullstack Web Sénior pour intervenir sur une plateforme digitale permettant aux entreprises clientes de gérer leurs contrats, sinistres, factures et indemnisations de manière efficace et autonome.

    Raison d'être du poste : contribuer activement à la transformation digitale de la relation entre les entreprises et leur assureur, en pilotant des sujets techniques complexes de bout en bout et en apportant un impact fort sur la qualité, la fiabilité et l'évolution de la plateforme.

    Vos missions principales

    • Travailler au sein d'une équipe agile opérant selon une approche DevOps et appliquant des pratiques craft
    • Interagir avec les parties prenantes pour clarifier les détails d'implémentation des fonctionnalités
    • Contribuer à la réalisation de nouvelles fonctionnalités applicatives
    • Assurer le suivi de la production et contribuer à la fiabilité des applications
    • Participer activement à la culture d'amélioration continue de l'équipe
    • Porter des sujets techniques complexes de bout en bout (design, implémentation, mise en production, exploitation)
    • Être force de proposition sur les choix techniques et organisationnels
    • Assumer un rôle actif dans la performance et la stabilité de la plateforme

    Environnement technique & compétences requises

    • Solide expérience en ReactJS pour le frontend
    • Maîtrise de NodeJS pour le backend
    • Très bonne connaissance de TypeScript
    • Expérience dans le développement d'API REST et / ou GraphQL
    • Expérience approfondie de Git
    • Connaissance pratique de Kubernetes dans un contexte DevOps
    • Connaissance de Kafka et des approches EDA appréciée

    Expérience attendue

    • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans un environnement similaire
    • Expérience confirmée dans des équipes produit avec responsabilité sur la production (incidents, monitoring, amélioration continue)
    • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de sujets techniques complexes
    • Expérience de collaboration étroite avec des parties prenantes métier
    • Formation professionnelle supérieure (HES, diplôme fédéral, EPF) ou équivalent

    • Leadership naturel et exemplarité dans les pratiques d'ingénierie et de Software Craftsmanship
    • Forte autonomie et sens aigu des responsabilités
    • Capacité à challenger les décisions techniques ou produit de manière constructive
    • Capacité à accompagner les profils plus juniors et à élever le niveau collectif
    • Posture orientée impact plutôt que simple exécution
    • Capacité à échanger sur ses idées et ouverture à remettre en question ses choix
    • Ouverture aux feedbacks constructifs et capacité à en formuler de manière bienveillante
    • Volonté de partager, d'apprendre et de s'améliorer continuellement

    • Français : langue maternelle
    • Anglais : bonne maîtrise professionnelle
