SMDV is a tech-focused Venture Capital that partners with entrepreneurs building exceptional technology companies that aim to change the landscape in Indonesia and the region.

We are currently hiring for one of our clients.

Our client is an IT Bootcamp company. They are one of the leading players in the industry. Currently, they are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their growing team.

Below is the job description for the role:
Direct the company's financial planning, reporting, goals, objectives, and budgeting

Prepare all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports

Monitor and control accounting, finance operations, tax, corporate finance and corporate strategy

Perform risk management by analysing the organisation's liabilities and investments

Oversee investment of funds strategies

Execute capital-raising strategies to support a firm's expansion, and deal with mergers and acquisitions
Minimum of 15 years' experience in accounting or finance including proven experience as a Finance Director/ Head of Finance Controller/ CFO

Prior experience in a IT company is highly desirable

Team player with excellent communication skills

Demonstrated high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics

Demonstrated and significant experience in fundraising efforts

Ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of data to identify and present meaningful observations and recommendations

Strong analytical skills with an ability to develop complex models and conduct analysis that identify critical trends, support strategic decision making and create forward visibility
