    Job Description

  • Oversee all financial operations and activities of the company in Kalimantan, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives and drive profitability and growth.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to maintain financial stability and mitigate potential risks.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead financial planning processes, including long-term financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve overall company goals and objectives. The Successful Applicant
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting, or equivalent.
  • At least 20 years' working experience in related field.
  • Experience working in manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing principles.
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
  • Experience with ERP is an advantage.
  • Strong analytic mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage and develop a team of finance professionals.
