About the Company:

Our Client is a fast growing Venture Capital Company actively engaged in the microfinance sector in Indonesia. It aims to revolutionize individual access to financial products.

It offers working capital through a modified version of the traditional microfinance methodology exclusively to women who do not have or have only partial access to the formal financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuous development of the IT strategy and road map in conjunction with the CIO and Technology boards
Promotes the adoption of industry design standards (BIAN, Open Group, TOGAF) across the IT division
Serves as the design authority for all technical solutions
Representing IT during business partnerships and solutioning discussions.
Managing the implementation of software prototypes and smallscale pilots to justify strategic or business investments
Actively participating in platform and service solutioning driven by change or new feature requests for new or existing business opportunities.
Overseeing the adoption of recommendations from formal audits, nonfunctional test findings or Root Cause Analysis reports to the road map and IT strategy.
Support in preparation of slides on IT demand and road map progress for periodic management meetings, institutional investor reviews and formal audits (internal and external).

Key Requirements:

12+ years managing business system architecture or engaged in software design and development or enterprise solutioning within a Financial services domain
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science or Engineering
Articulating the value proposition of technology with the ability to highlight the commercial and strategic benefits of technical solutions
Strong understanding of system architectural standards and frameworks like BIAN, Open Group or TOGAF
Good experience with virtualization technologies public and private cloud implementations (AWS, Google or Microsoft Azure)
Experience operating in a continuous deployment or continuous integration environment
Rich understanding of Data architecture for financial services including data governance, security and management
Experience working in a Technical or Enterprise Architect capacity, preferably in an international organization or multilateral environment with at least 3 years' of experience overseeing solution design within this context.
Sound knowledge of data quality and data protection practices particularly relating to "Identity and verification" (IDV) and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) implementations.
A good understanding of information management practices including information lifecycle management, data modelling, master data management and the conduct of business audits and requirements gathering.
Strong presentation skills and proficiency in communicating to executive level management, Csuite and the company directors (in both Indonesian and English).
Previous experience within the microfinance industry particularly with joint liability products and services
Recognized certification in IT architecture and design such as: TOGAF, Open Group or BIAN or Enterprise data system design and architecture
Strong understanding of software development approaches (It implements a bimodal IT system) and their implication on system design
Practical experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) or the implementation of workflows that support the daytoday operation of a business
Knowledge and expertise in IT consulting, technology presales or business development for an international consulting practice, financial institution or Fintech
