Deskripsi
Holds diploma/bachelor degree in related study (marketing, business development or administration).- Minimum 5 years in a business development or sales role within construction related industries in Indonesia.
- Successfully hold similar position for at least 1 year.
- Proven track record of business development and sales engagements and product placement with designers, architects and contractors.
- Experience with developing resellers
- Pride and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive selfstarter.
- Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Teams.
- Handson experience with a CRM (Customer Relations Management) software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Has an enthusiasm to develop own skills and knowledge.
- Has an ability to adapt to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
- Has an ability to work with low supervision and deliver quality work.
- Possesses team player qualities.
Salary:
Rp20,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lombok: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
