Deskripsi
Holds diploma/bachelor degree in related study (marketing, business development or administration).

  • Minimum 5 years in a business development or sales role within construction related industries in Indonesia.
  • Successfully hold similar position for at least 1 year.
  • Proven track record of business development and sales engagements and product placement with designers, architects and contractors.
  • Experience with developing resellers
- and sales agents network is a prerequisite.

  • Pride and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proactive selfstarter.
  • Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Teams.
  • Handson experience with a CRM (Customer Relations Management) software is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Has an enthusiasm to develop own skills and knowledge.
  • Has an ability to adapt to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
  • Has an ability to work with low supervision and deliver quality work.
  • Possesses team player qualities.

Salary:
Rp20,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lombok: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
