• Critical role for Job Costing/ closing activities/ order booking / supporting statutory audit and account reconciliation. Business support related with monthly eLog process with sales team.

• What you will be doing
• Organize Standard Costing Review
• Lead quarterly costing committee with all head of department Support Sales Team for estimating in Sales Estimation Form (SEF) to follow standard estimating from Finance/Price Committee. Field hours rate review Cost element review such as freight cost, clearance port unit price, finance cost, sales incentive and other contingency cost Net recovery margin analysis.
• Participate SIP (Sales in Progress) Review
• Coordinating with Construction Head to review all the Projects in terms of Revenue, Cost, Billing, Margin, Open AR Maintain Project Monitoring & Tracking list Review Dormant Projects Review the Reestimation and Reclassification Project's budget Review Dormant Projects.
• Manage Month End Closing
• Lead and coordinating Book Plan Project meeting with Sales team Order Booking in JDE System Created & Post the Reestimation and Reclassification Budget Created & Run Man Hour Journal for Installation Construction & Service in monthly basis. Process Project Closing Delay sales cost amortisation, Monitoring Sales recognition for new equipment and service (include repair business).
• Support Financial Planning & Analyst
• Overhead analysis Segmented P&L reporting Plan and forecast exercise Incentive review Backlog review.
