Responsibilities:

Lead the financial planning process, including annual budgets, forecasts, and longterm financial plans
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed
Mastering Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP) processes, as well as having the ability to analyze Balance Sheet reports, Cash Reports, Consolidated Reports, Tax Invoices, and an indepth understanding of Income Tax (PPH) 21, 22, 23, and other related taxes
Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of various business scenarios and investments
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize working capital, manage inventory, and improve cash flow
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax regulations and general accounting principal/standards
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing clear and concise explanations of financial results
Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual accounting, and Consolidation accounting (Including overseas subsidiary) settlements
Identify areas for process improvement within the finance function and implement best practices
Adhoc duties assigned by director

Qualification:

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Have at least 7 years of work experience in relevant role
Have a thorough understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
Have the ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Have a good knowledge in taxation in Indonesia
Fluent in English both oral and written

Salary:
Rp20,000,000 - Rp28,000,000 per month
