Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet quality standards
  • Educate customer about coffee and brewing methods
  • Properly handle and maintain all equipment
  • Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
  • Receive and process customer payments
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
  • Serve customers quickly and efficiently
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings

Job Requirements:

  • Maximum age of 27 years old
  • Bachelor degree from any major (hospitality graduate is a plus point)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista
  • Ability to read and speak English proficiently
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Ability to problem solve quickly
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Flexible with work placement
  • Placement in Jakarta (East Jakarta)
