Ensuring the financial systems in place and manage all aspects of the companys financial systems in accordance with agreed policies; ensuring accurate financial records are maintained, and reporting on a regular basis to the CEO

To ensure that the financial budget and transactions are carried out in an appropriate manner
Prepare overall financial report; Include communicate and coordinate report to CEO
To prepare appraisals for particular projects and the development of initiatives
Initiate and manage audit procedures as necessary
Manage and provide support for performance of Finance team
Design financial and operation strategy; Include provide advice to CEO regarding financial programs
Minimum Bachelors Degree majoring in finance, accounting, economy, or other related major
Having minimum 5 years of experiences to related function
Able to create, analyze, and interpret financial report
Familiar with accounting, operation, and financial system
Having experiences in managing team
At least 1year experiences in Edutech business would be preferred
