Are you a team player and strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing processes and managing systems efficiently? We're looking for a National Sea Logistics Process + Systems Manager to join our dynamic and successful team

Your Responsibilities:

To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes + audits.
To support the Customer Care locations (CCL), Sales as well as Operational Care locations (OCC) through quality training, day to day support systems + processes.
To actively manage interfaces + the exchange of information + knowledge across the organization.
To drive initiatives for the continuous improvements of processes + controls for lean processes focusing on cost effectiveness + productivity.
To ensure the testing + implementation of new systems + processes.
To monitor KPIs + drive high data quality, review + action planning together with the stakeholders.
To manage projects + ensure consistent progress of activities + provide regular updates to stakeholders.
To act as the interface between IT + the business by defining + communicating system requirements in cooperation with the Regional team.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Min Bachelor Degree in any field
Ability to converse in English in both written and verbal
Top notch presentation skill: building and delivering
Min 2 years experience in related field
Posses basic seafreight knowledge
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, able to utilize data analytics to measure the success of process + system strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office
Technology savvy
