DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.

  • PM: To support tracking activities of SPX First Mile key metrics
  • BPI: Develop recommendations and implement First Mile initiatives to improve business process
  • Reporting: To support reporting activities including reporting progress, changes, forecasts & productivity tracking, etc.
  • Planning: To support planning & enhancement of target setting, team management, etc.
  • To support leads in any other matters as necessary

Requirements:


  • 45 years of working experience preferably from logistics background (e.g., J&T, SiCepat, IDX, etc.)
  • Previous experience in handling First Mile function will be a plus
  • Experience leading teams and creative problem solver with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in Ms. Excel/Google Sheet
  • Highly numerate with solid analytical skills
  • Selfstarter that is highly capable to work independently with a tangible track record of resultsbased process improvement and project management
