Deskripsi

Creating budget and expenditure data

Coordinating project activities beetween team members.

Creating draft contracts, quotation, timesheets and reports.

Supporting senior team members with administrative functions

Liase a vendor for internal process requirement.

Plan, monitor and evaluate a project when it's active and after completion to assess how well it meets its objectives

Ensuring the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget

Handling on several projects at the same time

Overseeing projects and helping to mitigate issues and challenges

Updating and maintaining project records and documentation
Bachelor's degree from any major

Minimum 4 years experience in the same position from digital agency / online media

Fluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skill

A collaborative person with fun attitude

Proficient in using Trello, Asana, JIRA

Enthusiast in digital trends and digital behaviour.

An effective collaborator and good at managing priority.
