Job summary
The Manager, People & Culture is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on Indonesia People & Culture solutions in line with business needs. This position focuses on enabling business outcomes regarding sustained revenue growth and profit growth through tailored P&C advice and guidance that is aligned with business priorities.The incumbent will role-model the SJ Group's values, ethics, and code of conduct to ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with these guiding principles.
