Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns

  • Operate espresso machines and other coffeemaking equipment for Barista
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
  • Upsell additional products
  • Handle cash and card transactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience as a barista or in a related field
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
