Responsibility:

  • Responsible to lead the operations in Airport and Transport hub with hyperlocal strategy, collaborate initiatives and maintain good relationship with external and internal stakeholders to grow business in East Java Surabaya area.
  • Accountable to understand the market and competition dynamics, agile on facing the competitive landscape and driving a viable business
  • Responsible for leading team, setting priorities, and goals to achieve company OKR.
  • Accountable to accept challenging assignments, help leaders make tough decisions, partner and overcome obstacles to deliver results.

Criteria:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in communications, or business major.
  • Have excellent leadership skills in leading talented teams and ability to connect with people across teams
  • Have strong communication skill and ability to adjust and guide discussions at multiple levels both internal and external
  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheet.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced situation
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant work such as Sales Supervisor/Field Supervisor/Airport business or Airlines company is a plus
  • Have experience with creating dashboard and presentation skills is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Salary:
From Rp4,300,000 per month

  • Sales/Field Supervisor/Airport business or Airlines: 2 years (preferred)
