Overview of the Role
The Sales Development Representative will drive strategic intelligence gathering and research to identify growth opportunities, stakeholder expansion paths, and strategic entry points across Mid Market accounts through innovative research and networking approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting weekly comprehensive scans of client profiles using LinkedIn, news sources, job posts, funding information, and board changes.
- Running internal processes to detect warm introductions via company networks.
- Building and updating organizational charts, stakeholder maps, and relationship heatmaps.
- Identifying adjacent stakeholders with influence and developing targeted reach-out plans.
- Developing AI agents to automate repetitive tasks.
- Delivering packaged insights for Account Manager review prior to account plan creation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in Sales Development or Business Development
- Language: Advanced proficiency in English
