- Develop and execute a comprehensive business partnership strategy in Indonesia, aligned with regional and global objectives
- Establish and manage high level relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, e-wallet providers, telecom operators, regulators, and major digital platforms
- Lead strategic partnerships that support payment related operations such as fund disbursement, repayment collection, and automated overdue deductions, ensuring broad coverage and accessibility for the user base
- Identify, negotiate, and close high impact partnership opportunities that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and product scalability
- Act as the main liaison between external partners and internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on partnership models, terms, and long term alignment
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to proactively capture opportunities and mitigate risks
- Represent the organization in external meetings, strategic discussions, and relevant industry events
- Provide regular updates and reports on partnership performance, risks, and strategic contributions to leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, with 3 or more years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships in sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, fintech, or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure and financial ecosystems, including disbursement, repayment, and collections processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially and strategically minded, with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced, and cross functional environment
- Experience in startups or technology-driven businesses is highly preferred
