Minimum 2-3 years of experience as welder in manufacturing company.
Min JLPT N3 conversational.
Experience in using Ms. Office and solidworks.
Good ability to read 2D drawing/CAD.

Tanggung Jawab
Formulate and implement the basic management system of the workshop, standardize the internal management of the workshop.
Ensure the quality and quantity to complete the production plan.
Supervise the management of plant personnel, equipment, facilities safety.
Develop low auxiliary materials and energy plans, analyze low auxiliary materials and energy consumption to reduce production costs.
Experience and understand welding work and systems.
Other task as assigned.
