The platform is similar to a traditional B2C fintech setup.

Our mission is to simplify quant finance and provide global remote-work opportunities to participants, while they learn
quant finance, AI and ML concepts.

We provide an advanced crowdsourcing platform for external participants to contribute signals, data and more to the firm's business. We are looking a Quantitative Researcher to join the team in Vietnam

SCOPE OF WORK

Research

Create and develop Alphas and other utilization algorithms on the platform
Conduct research on academic quantitative finance literature
Identify and design new research domains. Generate ideas to grow the domain

Platform development

Analyze current functionalities available to researchers, identify any issues with the platform and provide solutions and recommendations to the team.
Design and test new functionalities and datasets on the platform.

Business Development and Consultant Engagement

Work with the platform Strategy and Operations country heads and other Business Development partners to enhance & implement the platform business strategy for user and consultant acquisition.
Conduct training sessions for the platform users and consultants
Prepare and update training curriculum of the platform.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a related field (
Mathematics, Statistics, Computational Finance, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance Physics, Computer Science)
Who focuses or has experience on areas like quantitative finance, operations research, or statistics.
OR has experience working on
research programs mathematics, finance or any other related field that is highly analytical and quantitative from a leading university.
Excellence in problem solving on Mathematic and Algorithm.
Deep understanding about Neutralization, Decay,
Demonstrated programming experience in one of the following (Java/C++/C/Python/MySQL/SQL Server), knowledge of UNIX preferred, and knowledge of relevant statistical tools.
Have a research scientist mindset; be a selfstarter, a creative and persevering deep thinker who is motivated by unsolved challenges.
Have a strong interest in learning about worldwide financial markets.
Possess good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English
Quant Analyst/Quantitative Researcher in Quantitative Asset Management firms, Investment Firms, Hedge Funds is your advantage.
Data Scientist in large Indo tech unicorns with Mathematics Background is your advantage.
