Deskripsi

1. Scheduling FitOut Session and Inscpection Area.

• Coordination to MEP associate for mainly job but will coordinate with Project, Tenant Relation, legal, Procurement, etc
• Document control and Keep good filing of documents.
• Report to department supervisor
• In charge of controlling warehouse inventory, control stock in and out.
• In charge of maintaining necessary estate supplies and spareparts.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants, solving complaints.
• Enforcing safety and cleanliness of project's environment
• Assist shops handover and enforcing fit-out rules and procedure.
• Coordination job desc and activities control for security and cleaning.
• Will coordination with hotel management, project team, phase1-3 (land 1 container mall and future wholesale market) also incharge future land 2 warehouse if needs.

Qualifications:
1.1 years of relevant work experience in 4S, real estate, business center, etc., those with excellent performance can be relaxed appropriately;

• College degree or above, English is must and Chinese (Mandarin language) is more advantage;
• Have good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork, good ability to display, introduce and sell products;
• Skilled in using office software such as OFFICE;
• Strong adaptability and pressure resistance.
