- Prospezione e qualificazione dei lead: contattare potenziali clienti e fissare appuntamenti di presentazione (alto volume di chiamate giornaliere tra al giorno).
- Gestione degli appuntamenti: garantire la partecipazione del cliente ed effettuare follow-up per riprogrammare quando necessario.
- Conoscenza del prodotto: diventare esperto/a di RealAdvisor, della sua proposta di valore, del posizionamento e dei casi di successo.
- Collaborazione con il team commerciale per garantire un'eccellente esperienza cliente fin dal primo contatto.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative, sia orali che scritte.
- Atteggiamento collaborativo e proattivo, con disponibilità a lavorare in team e ad assumersi responsabilità.
- Curiosità, mentalità analitica e orientamento ai risultati, con voglia di imparare e crescere in un ambiente dinamico.
- Connessione internet stabile.
- Esperienza pregressa in vendite, ruolo SDR o settore immobiliare è un plus.
- Conoscenza di CRM e strumenti di automazione commerciale.
- Formazione in business, vendite o simili.
- Flessibilità totale: collaborazione indipendente, lavoro al 100% da remoto, con possibilità di operare da qualsiasi parte del mondo (orario di riferimento: italiano).
- Salario base + commissioni (senza tetto massimo).
