Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the corporate communication team to develop content strategies that align with our brand identity, values, and objectives.
Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute creative storytelling techniques to convey our brand messages effectively and leave a lasting impression on our audience.
Visual Design: Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand aesthetic and enhances the overall brand experience.
Content Production: Manage the endtoend content production process, including content ideation, creation, editing, and delivery, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines.
Cross-

Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights, coordinate content requirements, and align on messaging and branding initiatives.

Brand Guidelines: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards across all communication touchpoints.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A strong background in brand communication is preferred.
Proven experience as a Content Designer, Graphic Designer, or a similar role in a brand communication environment.
Experience in visual design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
Strong understanding of brand communication principles, messaging strategies, and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in creating compelling visual content across multiple platforms.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative content ideas that align with brand objectives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in collaborating with crossfunctional teams and effectively incorporating feedback.
