Strategic managers, content specialists, conceptual creatives, producers, SEO experts, product managers, and others are among the impact players who are held match-fit for your brand.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other departments to communicate products and engineering requirements.
Regularly correct documents when there are any product or engineering updates.
Disseminate technical information in easytounderstand language for a nontechnical audience.
Create minutes of meetings with internal and external teams.
Collect feedback from customers and internal teams.
Create engineering requirements documentation such as API Contract and flow business process diagram.
Create TSD, FSD, and BRD documents.
Work closely with the Compliance team regarding the forms or documents needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer; working experience in Fintech industry is a plus.
Master the structure and technical documentation writings.
Have basic knowledge of SDLC and Software Development.
Adaptive to management changes.
Able to manage crossdivision documentation well.
Excellent technical writing skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time management, organizational, and decisionmaking skills.
