Primary Objectives:


  • Responsible for achieving the agreed Annual Sales Target
  • To plan and direct sales and marketing activities in a specific region in order to achieve agreed sales volume
  • Take the responsibility to continuously improve the commercial results of the product portfolio according the strategies via product promotion/ introduction, proposals of marketing plans, analysis of and proposal of sales/ distribution channels
  • Maintain direct contact with customers' key personnel and work with customers and internal functions to resolve problems/ expedite matters. Handle progressively larger accounts as main sales contact and serve as secondary contact at large accounts to gain knowledge on these accounts.
  • Direct flow of information for sales activities ad transactions (order, contracts, collection) and evaluate data to ensure assigned sales goals are met
  • Develop sales and marketing proposals to trace customers needs on consumption analysis, product/ service performance, technical services needs
  • Maintain uptodate awareness of market activities, industry trends and recommend to Marketing and Sales for modification/ changes of strategies/ practices.
  • Make regular sales calls/visits at Dealers, Retailers level to develop professional relationship and follow up on needs with the aim to close deals,finalize contracts and ontime collection

Product Promotion:


  • Deliver and/or participate sales presentations/ workshops to promote/ introduce products
- participate in a public relation and marketing communication campaign


Manage Marketing Events:


  • Under the direction of DSM, Marketing,NSM, manage the marketing events and promotion activities, and promotional material suppliers in monitoring schedules, deliverables and providing postevent evaluation report

Credit Management:


  • Conclude sales contracts according to company credit policies and provide customer information as inputs to CFO to support revision of credit policies
  • Work closely with the personnel responsible for account receivable to ensure that the customers honor the sales contract terms.
  • Provide customer credit information for company credit control function, ensure timely payment of receivables to meet established sales targets and revenue goals.

People management:


  • Support the subordinate development in the team by training and development, resolve discipline Consultaion with Human Resources function as appropriate.
  • Improve sales, marketing skill and expertise of the team to enhance the performance of the sales by coaching, subordinates, providing exposure, development opportunities so that they can carry out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.
