Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings.

Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers.

We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

Analyzes current and past trends in company's financials; monitor expenses actual vs budget, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Support monthly business review processes, including preparation of consolidated expenses reports and analysis
Prepare expense reports on a monthly basis including the fluctuation analysis and variance analysis against budget
Work closely with finance and accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to do an analysis and execution
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and adhoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Support management team with datadriven analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with min. of 3 years of working experience in similar area
Preferably have past experience in FMCG
Strong communication skills in English
Strong fluency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Able to demonstrate ability to understand and analyze problems and be proactive in giving proposals for improvement
Possess a positive working attitude, and the ability to work independently
Willing to develop report from scratch while waiting for system to be established
