Requirement:
- Have minimum 3 years of working experience as QA/QC Manager in Manufacturing Industry
- Proficient in conducting Quality Audit
- Experience at Coil center industry is preferable
- Willing to work at Cikarang area
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure & improve quality implementation by performing audit based on internal & external regulation
- Arrange and run audit program.
- Create onsite audit report and audit questionnaire.
- Review and update
- Monitor and analyse Quality Compliance KPI
- Expert in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF
- Measures factory quality performance in regular basis
- Provides regular quality report for management review
- Involves on factory evaluation process from the customers or buyers
- Guide QC Department, to perform & maintain the quality processes
- Set up and implement entire quality system; quality objective and quality management
- Measures the supplier performance for marketing strategy
- Anticipates the problem since incoming material up to finished garment, including the testing requirement
